I am Janine Hopkins and I have 18 years extensive event experience gained through working for both end user and agency.    Throughout my career I have been involved in all areas of event management -  Logistics, Hospitality, Incentives, Ride & Drives, Award Ceremonies, Outdoor events, Car Launches, Fashion Shows and much more.....  In the past 5 years my client base has requested my skills to be focused more within Production, either as a Showcaller or Producer, which is at the heart of the action, just where I love to be..... 

I am very hands and happy to lead the Production team and crew, overseeing the setup of the event, running crew rehearsals and being ready for Presenter rehearsals.    As a Producer I like to run rehearsals, to ensure that both Presenter and Crew have a full run through of the slides to ensure they are stage happy for Live Day.   

As Showcaller, I am methodical in my pre event planning again to ensure that the crew are ready for rehearsal day.  I have good relationships with all that I work with, which is essential as Showcaller to have the respect and trust of the crew. 

I am a true professional, friendly, flexible, honest and quick thinking, I also pride myself in being a great problem solver which helps when any surprises pop up, which they always do!!
